The Ecology of Professional Becoming
Professional Identity Frameworks
Over the past years, I have developed a series of Professional Identity (PI) models and reflective tools through MSc research, practice-based inquiry, and ongoing work with coaches, educators and creative professionals. At the heart of this body of work is The Ecology of Professional Becoming, a systemic lens exploring the relational, psychological and structural conditions that shape how professionals grow, adapt and sustain themselves over time.
These frameworks are designed to support thoughtful conversations about professional becoming, identity negotiation, belonging, and values-led growth. I am genuinely pleased when this work sparks reflection and dialogue beyond the rooms in which it was first shared.
Using the frameworks
You are warmly welcome to draw on these ideas in your own 121 client conversations.
If the frameworks inform your supervision, writing, or professional discussion, please attribute clearly to:

A note on permissions
The full models, structured processes, question sets, diagrams and teaching materials remain my original work.
If you would like to reproduce, adapt, include them in training programmes, deliver them within organisations, or use them in commercial workshops or coach education, written permission is required. Please contact me, here.
I am always open to conversations about collaboration.
