Institute Collaborations, Speaking & Workshops
“It was a really powerful presentation, and actually it got me to dig even deeper!” Workshop Participant
Work with me
Collaboration is at the heart of what I do.
One of my favourite parts of my work is collaborating with others to co-create something purposeful and energising. Whether you’re shaping a training day, planning a summer school, or developing a new initiative, working together to build a vision around your specific needs taps into both my creativity and your insight.
There are three main ways people bring me into their work:
- Tailored Workshops and Webinars for Professional Development
I design and lead bespoke sessions for educators and teams – ideal for INSET days, CPD events, and reflective team training. You’ll find some sample topics below, but every workshop is crafted in response to your unique context and goals. - Group Coaching for Creative Programmes
I offer group coaching in settings like summer music schools or residencies, supporting participants through performance coaching, team-building, and reflective practice. These sessions help individuals grow while building trust and cohesion in the group. - Coach in Residence
As a Coach in Residence, I work alongside your team, programme, staff, or students, either embedded in a summer school or visiting regularly during a set period. This offers the people you’re working and creating with consistent access to values-led coaching. It’s a powerful way to embody what your organisation stands for – supporting growth, equity, and wellbeing in a human-centred, sustainable way. Coaching creates space for reflection, alignment, and empowered action – helping individuals and teams flourish while staying grounded in your shared purpose. As coach in residence I offer both team, group and 1:1 coaching and development.
If you’re curious about how we might work together, I’d love to hear from you to start creating your session

Feedback
I loved reflecting back on the past and seeing how much we have grown as individuals; I have more faith in myself and striving for the things I want – not what people want me to do. I see how important a sense of community and belonging somewhere is

The session was very eye-opening. I really enjoyed learning / thinking about what I need around me to ‘succeed’ and what ‘success’ really is to me. I really enjoyed learning about your story and found it really inspiring. Also the star was really useful. Thank you!

Found it relieving to hear all these aspects and case studies. Felt less ’alone’ / lost with what to do.

Really nice to take time to think about things the a wider scale. I am used to just hopping from one thing to the next, good to take a step back.
